As CADCA members we have access to training, technical assistance, evaluation and research. - Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program.
Provides grant funding to strengthen the infrastructure that allows local partners to create and sustain solutions for local problems.

1. We Assess
We collect data to define local problems, resources and readiness so that we all know what work needs to be done.
2. We Build Capacity
We gather and mobilize the people and resources to do the work.
3. We Plan
We identify strategies that are proven to work and then add time lines and responsibilities so that we aren’t wasting our resources.
4. We Implement
We work in seven types of ways, called comprehensive strategies, that affect how people abuse substances.
5. We Evaluate
We measure and report results so that we can repeat and sustain our work for as long as needed.
Our Mission: To reduce risky behaviors through prevention education, community collaboration and other Drug-Free Community or similarly evidence-based strategies.
